Enjoy our Sea Bream specialty in a setting that fits any occasion!

All our dishes are served as kaiseki (Japanese courses) and use hand-picked, seasonal ingredients. The dish that we recommend most highly is our "taichazuke," an authentic sea bream dish made with sea bream, rice, and green tea. It is first eaten as rice and sashimi (sliced raw fish); however, before you've eaten it all, it is transformed with the addition of a broth. The change in flavor is superb. We use sea bream fresh from the morning market. This ensures the sea bream has a wonderful flavor and great texture. As for sauces and broths, our sesame sauce is made with two different types of ground sesame while the broth is made using kelp, with preparation starting the day before. Finally, if a customer makes a reservation, we make sure seats are available from opening time onwards. Thus, you won't have to worry about the time and can enjoy the kaiseki dishes at your leisure. Our rooms are separated by movable partitions, meaning we can prepare private rooms for groups of 4-8 people.
