Springy fresh pasta made with "Haruyutaka" flour from the chef's hometown, Takigawa, and the best lamb you'll ever taste

We believe in local use of local agriculture, so the wheat flour we use for our pasta comes from nearby Takigawa. This Haruyutaka flour is high in gluten and yields a springy texture when cooked. As such, customers can enjoy delicious pasta that taste firm with every bite. Due to the small window of time available to rear lambs whose meat is suitable for use as chops, we keep in frequent contact with three suppliers so that we can purchase lambs at the stage where they are most delicious. We also serve raw meat so that you can sample its freshness. Please set your mind at ease and enjoy our food. We think aesthetics are as important as taste. Using ingredients from our own vegetable garden and local produce, we are motivated on a daily basis to make aesthetically pleasing food that will delight you. Please give our food a try! We also provide courses that cater to important occasions such as anniversaries, for both couples and large groups. If you inform us beforehand, we will also be able to provide a celebration card.
