From the chef

A chef who makes the most of the innate flavors of the ingredients in his creative French cuisine.

He was born in 1971 in Saitama Prefecture. He graduated from Musashino Cooking College at the age of 19, and started working at the Fujiya Hotel. He trained at the French Food Culture Center in Japan, as well as traveling to France to train at Ferrandi Paris and at restaurants. He worked as deputy head chef at the Fujiya Hotel, and is now the head chef at the Hakone Hotel.
