We craft ingenious dishes with fresh, seasonal ingredients in a Japanese metropolitan atmosphere.

Our fresh and colorful jellied-broth hors d'oeuvres use seasonal ingredients such as yuzu and snow crab. We craft ingenious dishes with gorgeous appearances, pleasant aromas and an eclectic mix of flavors to let you enjoy the season with all five senses. Our kelp, an ingredient used in dashi (broth) and arguably the cornerstone of Japanese cooking, is a special Risiri kelp from Hokkaido procured from Tokyo's famous Tsukiji fish market. Of course, we pay attention to ingredients that our customers dislike or are allergic to. If something disagreeable was eaten previously, we can change the ingredients or modify the menu accordingly. We take care to respond to our customers' requests as far as possible. The shop interior was designed by a famous Japanese architect and has a modern and metropolitan atmosphere. We have a traditional Japanese alcove with Japanese tatami, a hanging scroll of the seasons and an arrangement of flowers laid out within. Our space has a reputation for being used for various special occasions like anniversaries, engagement ceremonies and weddings.
