Please acknowledge that the Reservation Fee, 500 JPY per a group (tax excluded), is payable to SAVOR JAPAN, at each reservation.
A staff of SAVOR JAPAN Help Desk will contact the restaurant to verify the reservation after we have received the reservation request. The reservation will be finalized when the restaurant has approved the reservation. The Reservation Fee is payable at the time reservation is finalized. You can make changes to the reservation time or the number of people in a group, only before the reservation has been finalized.
When you had canceled the reservation after the reservation is finalized, the cancellation fee will not take place, but there is no reservation fee refund.
