Saryo Miyasaka is on the third floor of Roppongi Hills on Keyakizaka-dori Street. They are the only branch of Miyasaka in Minami-aoyama, which gathers attention from gourmets inside and outside Japan. Master Chef Shotaro Igarashi has supported Mr. Nobuhisa Miyasaka since Miyasaka opened. This skillful chef has accumulated training at a renowned kaiseki (traditional Japanese) restaurant in Kyoto and a popular restaurant in Tokyo.
