Mitsuba Grill

みつばグリル

  • Beppu/Yufuin/Kokonoe, Oita
  • Japanese / Local Japanese,Western / General,Western / Steak / General,Western

From the chef

Focused on Western food. Yamamoto continues to preserve the taste and long history of his restaurant.

Chef Yamamoto was born in Oita Prefecture in 1961. He began to aspire to become a chef around the time that he was a high school student, since his family ran a Western food restaurant. After graduating from high school, he apprenticed at a hotel in Osaka and polished his skills. After that, he joined his current restaurant. Quality ingredients are naturally important to him, as is handmade cooking. The food, wholeheartedly prepared from beginning to end, has not changed from its delicious origins at the time that the restaurant was founded. Mr. Yamamoto's cooking, made every day without sparing any effort, continues to grab the hearts of fans without fail.
