Mince cutlets made with tofu and cheese, and other tasty, healthy options

Our specialty: mince cutlets made with tofu and cheese. Despite being a fried food, it is healthy, and has a certain delicacy to it. The sharp cheese also gives it a bit of bite. A satisfying and delicious dish. We buy soy milk from a specialist store, and all of our shops make their own tofu using nigari. Our style is to make the tofu in the restaurant then quickly offer it to customers. It doesn't spend long in water so it has a distinctive strong flavor. Functions, entertainment, nights out with the girls, mothers' groups: we are available for all of our customers' needs. You can enjoy food and drink in our private rooms without worrying about those around you. We have a variety of courses available for every different need. Customers can take in isoflavones through our healthy and delicious tofu. Women crowd into the stylish interior of our restaurant for both lunch and dinner.  Our specialty: mince cutlets made with tofu and cheese.
