Come experience a test of our chef's best skills with our "Tessa", in a private environment where you can relax and unwind.

With a simple, light flavor and the distinctive texture of a fugu (pufferfish) dish, "Tessa" is a rare treat that allows our chef to show off his best skills. An exquisite thickness that brings out the deepest, richest flavors of fugu with just the right amount of chewiness. Our Chinese cabbage, onions, edible chrysanthemums, and mushrooms are all organically grown on a small family-owned plot of land. We want you to get the most out of the flavor of our fugu, so we're serious about offering only the best accompanying vegetables. We're extremely conscious of giving you your own individual space within our private rooms where you can relax and unwind. We know that it is tiresome if we hover around and watch your every move, no matter what kind of cuisine you are being served. Fugu is a seasonal item, so we have some customers who only visit once a year. We keep that in mind with our service, allowing each guest to relax and enjoy their special time at their own pace.
