Our specialty is the world-renowned Kobe beef. The soft, melting texture due to a low melting temperature and the rich, savory flavor are what makes this beef distinct. Soft meat seasoned with crystal salt, Hime Yaki Shabu, is especially recommended. Our original recipe for Kobe Beef Onion Kalbi (short ribs) contains a mix of onion, green onion and leek. The Kalbi's savory flavor and the aroma and sweetness of the onions are a perfect match. The soy sauce used in Tsuke Wasabi is our Special Homemade Umami Soy Sauce. The wasabi comes directly from a grower with 400 years of history. A variety of side dishes are also available. The private rooms have sunken kotatsu tables and are great for relaxing.
