Experience a feast for the eyes and body with our delightful Iwate Abalone while you relax in a traditional, relaxing setting in Morioka City.

We offer abalone from Iwate that is so fresh it can be eaten raw or prepared as a steak. A rich sauce made with the liver is also added to the vegetables to create a colorful appearance. I strive to create dishes using fresh seasonal ingredients and simple seasonings that bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients. You can enjoy food that is obtained locally as well as the first harvests of every season. I live by two rules: "Cold foods should be served cold" and "Hot foods should be eaten while they are still hot." I don't arrange my entrees the same way every time; I prepare a feast not only for the eyes, but for the body, as well. Our dining area is fully decorated in traditional Japanese style. The atmosphere is relaxing and allows for leisurely conversation, making it perfect for weeknight conferences and business functions. It's also great for weekend celebrations and memorial services.
