Our specially-made Hakata Chinese noodle soup is a combination of all-natural Japanese traditional seafood broth and pork bone broth. The noodles in our specially-made thick noodle tsukesoba (noodles with broth poured over) are made with plenty of flour and high-quality eggs to produce a wonderfully chewy, springy texture.
