High-quality fish broiled to perfection

The one who has contributed the most to this dish, kneading the miso with extra care, and also the person who made the miso bed, is the broiler (Hara-san). Even in broiling, he has mastered the handling of charcoal fire, making sure to broil fish to perfection. Of course, the fish must be of high-quality. But what the restaurant also pays extra attention to are salt and soy sauce. We use "seaweed salt" from Kamagiri, Hiroshima Prefecture, and "Honzen" for soy sauce, the best kind. Our restaurant delicately adjusts the amount of these two ingredients used with everything on our menus for the best combination. Our mission is to fulfill our customers' wishes and to give back something more if possible. We strive to provide the best dish, a relaxing atmosphere and friendly conversations to make sure our customers feel comfortable. The restaurant is also fully equipped with amenities in the bathroom. The background music is smooth jazz, bringing out most of the female customers' charms.
