Tofu Cheese Teppanyaki with aromatic tofu and rich cheese.

Savor the strong flavor of soy beans topped with rich cheese in our original "Tofu Cheese Teppanyaki" (skillet grilled) dish. The portions are generous and the variety of textures make this a dish we are proud to serve, and that our guests keep coming back for. The local Shizuoka "Fuji Chicken" we use is distinctively tender and juicy. We make our "Chicken Skewers" by hand from fresh meat daily, before roasting them over fragrant charcoal to bring out their savory flavor. We are also particular about using only fresh - never frozen - meat for our sashimi and other cold dishes. Every ingredient is carefully selected, and all dishes are made by hand in the kitchen. Our chef loves to hear that you found his food delicious. Our third floor seats a maximum of 45 diners. It is perfect for welcoming receptions or parties to celebrate the end of a successful project.
