Our restaurant in Sakai specializes in Japanese cuisine. Come and savor our "Hot and Savory Fried Berkshire Pork," the perfect snack for your evening beer

Our "Hot & Savory Fried Berkshire Pork" looks as superb as it tastes. Stir-fried with a generous quantity of chili peppers, the extreme spiciness is cut by the savoriness of the pork (or chicken) meat. The perfect dish to go with your beer. The "mameriki" tofu we use in our tofu dishes is crafted by hand at our sister restaurant's workshop using only soy beans, salt, and water. We're very particular about our ingredients, and we only use domestic soybeans from Hokkaido or Fukuoka, as well as natural salt. The essence of cuisine is to craft dishes that taste as delicious as they are lovely to look at. We think it's important that you be absolutely satisfied with how you feel when you enjoy our food. Pork has a reputation for being a fatty meat, but when heaped with so many vegetables you'll wonder if you can finish them all. The combination is superb. Rich in vitamins, too, we highly recommend this dish to our health-conscious patrons. Our "Hot & Savory Fried Berkshire Pork" looks as superb as it tastes.
