Serving a myriad of food dedicated to the flavor of Hakata and tailored to your tastes and budget, our hot pot and other dishes are sure to delight you.

A hot pot of stock made from kelp and dried skipjack tuna, this dish uses soy sauce from Kyushu in its soup, and is notable for its refreshing, refined flavor. The offal, bought fresh, is of the highest quality, and we take great pains in serving the original flavor of Hakata. Dedicated as we are to the flavor of Hakata, we focus on Kyushu when bringing in a lot of our ingredients, especially with the meat we use. Our seasonings are also primarily from Kyushu, and we're careful in how we use them when we season our cooking. Flavor in cooking is a given, but when we prepare our dishes, one by one, we take great care in the presentation of the food, putting thought into its coloring and seasonings. We also work hard to keep an ear out for our customer's desires and accommodate them as much as possible. Our restaurant's interior is conceived in the style of Hakata, presenting a casual, but classy, atmosphere where you can enjoy food, drink, and conversation. We can also serve courses of the chef's recommendations, with cuisine matched to your budget.
