We use organically-produced vegetables specially cultivated and delivered straight from local farmers. Our seafood is stocked from a fishmonger that h read moreas been handed down from generation to generation of owners since the Edo era. We also chose to stock Kagoshima Chamiton Pork after conducting a thorough investigation. We headed to Kagoshima to study the breeding environment and livestock pens before deciding on this exquisite product. Cooking with an attitude of gratitude towards our customers is of the utmost important to us, as is the quality and flavor of our meat. While a standard menu is available, we prefer to focus on using the freshest ingredients in their peak season. In order to provide our returning customers with new discoveries, and so that we can see the joy on their faces, we continue to take on new culinary challenges.
