Like our signature dish, our restaurant is a fusion of samurai and aristocratic styles along with seasonal decorations.

Our "Jibu-Ni" (duck or chicken simmered with vegetables and dashi stock in a stew) dish has been handed down for generations and modified after years of experience and research. Now it's a luxurious dish with rich flavors you can only get at Oshima. It remains a carefully-made dish popular with the common man, but that also has a sense of luxury and splendor. We use the abundant seafood and mountain game of the Hokuriku region as our ingredients as much as possible. We take care to be joyful and attentive, and we pay thoughtful consideration to our guests to ensure that they have a good time. We teach our young chefs how to delight our customers, and we hold periodic study meetings so that we can hand down our techniques to them to improve their skills. If you're having a meal to celebrate an auspicious occasion, we'll provide decorations like pine, bamboo, and plum to lend a celebratory touch. We take care to provide a sense of the seasons, so we'll add decorations like pink paper in the shape of cherry petals or especially fancy dinnerware.
