We are passionate about seafood! Enjoy our wide selection of sake, shochu, and other drinks as well.

We stew an entire fresh kinmedai fish. The freshness is clear in the flavor. The fact that the golden color of the eyes and skin remains through the stewing proves that it is fresh. As the fish has a light flavor, it pairs especially well with a light sake with a crisp aftertaste. We want you to know how passionate we are about seafood. We serve up kinmedai and we do it in Nihombashi, a district well-known for its high concentration of gourmets. We leave the preparation to the fishmongers, but we always make sure to get kinmedai. For those that are not into sake, we have a wide selection of other drinks available, such as shochu, chuhai, umeshu, and soft drinks. We've also got sake for the uninitiated, so feel free to ask for a recommendation. Our fresh sakura shrimp is served with confidence, and has an almost transparent, brilliant, cherry-blossom pink color to it. It's appetizing appearance, subtle sweetness, and fresh aftertaste are sure to whet your appetite. If it's on the menu, feel free to try it as an appetizer. We stew an entire fresh kinmedai fish.
