Using fresh and local seasonal ingredients, we prepare delicious dishes that match your budget and preferences - even if it's not on the menu!

Starting primarily with ingredients from Minamisanriku, our "Sparkling Rice Bowl" changes depending on the season. We use fresh local marine products that we mostly stock from Kessenuma markets. They include icefish and wakame seaweed in spring; Pacific saury, bonito, and salmon in autumn; and in winter, we prepare our rice bowl with salmon roe. It's the most popular in the summer, when it features raw sea urchin. We try to use local vegetables and rice as much as possible. We get our tomatoes and Japanese mustard spinach delivered directly from local famers, who have greenhouses. We listened to our guests' expectations when it comes to course meals and then decided on a lineup. We can match it to your budget and preferences, omitting ingredients you don't like and including those you want to eat - the framework is relatively open. If you have a specific request, we'll also make dishes that aren't on the menu. Our restaurant doesn't just do lunch and dinner, we also handle catering. We're close to the locals, so offering a variety of services is our style. Starting primarily with ingredients from Minamisanriku, our "Sparkling Rice Bowl" changes depending on the season.
