LA BONNE TABLE was produced by Mr. Shinobu Namae, the chef of  L'Effervescence, a renowned French restaurant using very carefully-selected ingredients and bringing out their possibilities to their maximum. LA BONNE TABLE opened at COREDO Muromachi 2 to serve tasty dishes also using very carefully-selected ingredients, but in a more casual way. Our dishes are served in a prix-fixe course style. We always use vegetables that are ripened in the field, to offer their straight deliciousness. We also serve a variety of natural wines and juices, mainly domestic. You can also enjoy communication with the chef, as he serves himself these safe and tasty dishes to your table to explain about them.
