For example, our signature Special Selection Sirloin Steak features an extra thick cut of meat that is freshly prepared right at the counter. Furthermore, we only source A5 grade virgin Japanese Black (high-quality Japanese beef) at Sumibi Yakiniku And Steak Banka. We purchase entire body of A5 grade virgin Japanese Black so customers can enjoy hard-to-find selections of beef that are always freshly cut to order by our owner/chef. In order to give our customers the tasty experience of delicious freshly prepared meat, we wait until we've gotten an order, cut up the meat at the counter, and bring it directly to the customer’s table. Just as we are proud to offer freshly prepared meat, we also offer fresh made-to-order salads. We always do our best to keep our customers from waiting, and with jazz playing in the background, you can truly relax at our restaurant.
