Neo-Japanese cuisine crafted using seasonal ingredients to their fullest potential. A sophisticated hideaway for a comfortable meal.

Despite being located in a secluded area of Nihonbashi, [Nihonbashi Osaka] is frequented by epicures. It is a new restaurant opened by the owner of Hi read moregashi-Azabu’s Osaka. He sources only the finest ingredients, including seafood from Tsukiji fish market to top-grade A5 wagyu from a meat wholesaler with whom he has a long-standing relationship. Each beautifully prepared dish is brimming with seasonality and is also a feast for the eyes. From dishes in which the ingredients are relatively untouched, to potage-style soups and purees, extreme care, time and effort is put into devising the best way to prepare each ingredient. The charming and comfortable Japanese atmosphere makes this the perfect place for business dinners, anniversaries and various other occasions. learn more from chef
