Ishiyaki Bibimbap (stone-roasted mixed rice), an original dish prepared with time, effort and quality Japanese ingredients, by an expert in Korean cuisine.

This dish offers unique flavors, through the combination of homemade namul (seasoned vegetable dish) and ishiyaki sauce. It is a popular choice for finishing off your meal, and regulars often suggest having it as a set with kalbi (barbecued short ribs). After hours of training and extensive travels to South Korea to research the local cuisine, I am now able to select some of the best ingredients Japan has to offer, and prepare them into reasonably priced dishes, all highlighting the true umami (pleasant savory taste) of quality meat. I believe in the importance of what is not seen by the customer, and never cut corners when preparing my meats, to always get the best taste out of the ingredients. As a host, I am always more than happy to put my experience as an office worker to use, and try to improve your event, so feel free to ask for advice. I will do all that I can to provide a lunch or dinner meeting that will leave a good impression.
