Lasagna and other local Italian favorites in a relaxed dining atmosphere.

We're extremely proud of our lasagna’s golden balance of herbs, meat and pasta. We use springy, handmade pasta made from a firm dough, and we pay attention to the scent of the herbs and add them in while boiling and finishing to ensure their flavor is thoroughly absorbed into the noodles. For vegetables, we use seasonal organic vegetables and herbs from partner farmers, so guests can taste their crispy freshness. We grow organic vegetables and herbs as a hobby and sometimes use those as well. We like to be creative with the local Italian cuisine from Emilia Romagna and Bologna that we learned. Furthermore, we try to create a dining experience where customers can enjoy a meal slowly in a relaxing atmosphere. The world of tea is important here at the restaurant, and the interior uses plaster and Japanese paper on the walls. The concept for our dining atmosphere is for guests to feel like they're dining in the mountains, even though they’re in the city. Come stop by for a relaxed dining experience over food and drinks.
