He decided to be a chef as he liked eating and making people happy.
He was born in 1981 in Aichi prefecture. After graduating from a university, he worked at a restaurant in Aoyama, Tokyo for approximately 1 year, then went to Italy where he trained for 5 years to learn the authentic taste of Italian cuisine. After returning to Japan, he started working as a chef at [AURELIO] where he is currently working, wishing to reproduce what he learned in Piedmont in the mid - northern area of Italy, Tuscany, Emilia-Romagna, and Rome.
