Determined to share the delicacy, Yuki Asai is a big meat and shrimp enthusiast himself.
He was born in 1987 in Ishikawa prefecture. At the age of 19, he went to Tokyo as he was invited by his brother. He started his career as a chef at a sushi shop in Tokyo, then accumulated further experience at a Japanese restaurant in Thailand. After returning to Japan, he opened [AB TO NiKU] serving meat and shrimp which are his favorite ingredients, while helping his brother's sushi shop.
