We serve miso ramen (noodles in soup) using originally-blended matured miso paste, and tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen with a slowly boiled soup.

[Hanaten] serves very delicious rich ramen (noodles in soup), such as favorite [Sesame Miso Ramen] where sesame and our original blended miso paste are added in a white chicken bone soup. The savory taste of matured miso is very addictive. We also recommend [Tsukemen (cold noodles accompanied by a sesame miso dipping soup)]. Our other specialty is [Tonkotsu (pork bone) Ramen] where several kinds of pork bones are slowly boiled for 24 hours for the soup to realize its rich mild taste. It is as tasty as [Sesame Miso Ramen] which is the NO.1 popular. Also enjoy our wide variety of side dishes, including [Home-Made Roasted Pork Fillet] and [Hine-dori (old hen) Marinated with Ponzu (citrus seasoned soy sauce)], with chilled beer. Our crispy pot sticker is also popular for the take out. Please casually visit us, whether alone or with your family.
