A combination of bone broth and seafood stock. To appreciate "a special bowl of noodles" in which noodle is coated with flavor-filled soup

[Miyagawaibuki] was opened in 2015 as the third restaurant of a popular Chinese noodle chain. Their specialty soup, created by mixing bone broth such as [pork] and [chicken] and seafood stock such as [dried sardine] and [dried bonito], has a deep flavor which is produced from all the concentrated flavors of the ingredients. They tried so many different things as "they wanted to introduce the new attraction of Chinese noodles" and "they wanted customers of different age groups to enjoy this." For examples, to refresh the mouth they serve [red tea] instead of water and, instead of stringy menma (fermented bamboo shoots] they use [young bamboo shoots]. Their nostalgic appearance, reminiscent of Japanese style, is inspired by old style Japanese townhouses. Inside the restaurant is decorated in brown tones making an attractive cafe-style decor.
