From a butcher store to the Yakiniku world!

Moto-azabu Gyugyu Rikyu_Masaya Ishiyama

He was born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1993. After finishing culinary school, he heightened his skills at a high-end Chinese restaurant in Akasaka. With butcher shop knowledge, the potential to harness previous skills and expertise surfaced. He started working at Moto-azabu Gyugyu Rikyu after being invited by the head chef at the time.
