Area Map

Kameido, Koto-ku, is a downtown known for "Kameido Tenjin." Many students visit Kameido Tenjinsha Shrine to pray for their academic achievement. The shrine is also known as the best place in Tokyo for Japanese wisteria. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery at Wisteria Festival in April. One of the best places to visit in Kameido is "Kameido Ume Yashiki" (Kameido Plum Mansion) which was opened in 2013. Built based on a "Buy, Eat, Enjoy, and Rest" concept, the facility offers a tourist information center for detailed sightseeing information about Kameido, local souvenir shops, and free resting places where you can take a rest with having some coffee/tea. The facility will be the base of your Kameido tour.
