Osaka is one of the most famous gourmet towns in Japan, where people say, "I spend a lot of money on food.” Osaka has a large selection of excellent sushi restaurants. We have carefully selected five of them. Here we introduce you to 5 restaurants where you can fully enjoy the charm of sushi, from the ingredients to the technique and atmosphere.

In an elegant Kyoto-style space, the restaurant offers a variety of seating options, including spacious and open counter seats, a kotatsu-style tatami room partitioned off by traditional Kyoto-style Japanese paper “kyo-karakami," and private rooms with table seating in a Japanese-style space.
