It all started when Mr. Murayama became interested in the depth and complexity of various ingredients.
Mr. Murayama was born in Hyogo Prefecture in 1980. He has loved cooking since childhood, and his interest in the depth and complexity of various ingredients sparked his passion. At the age of 18, he entered the culinary world and began his career as a chef. He spent many years working in hotels, where he was active for 24 years in various roles, including hotel restaurants, buffets, weddings, banquets, and teppanyaki. He currently showcases his culinary skills daily at Teppan-Yaki Steak Miki Nao.
