L'aisance is a French restaurant in Takayanagi, Fukui Prefecture. Like the name, which means nature or relaxed in French, you can experience an extraordinary time flowing in a cozy mood. The restaurant offers Omakase Courses of French-style dishes using ingredients from Fukui. From meat and fish to vegetables and fruits, specially selected local ingredients are carefully cooked in a stone kiln. It is also nice that the menu contains more vegetables and fewer carbohydrates. The five flavors of “macarons” sold for gifts are also attracting a lot of attention. You will be surprised by the delicate and complex taste of the delicious ingredients.
