● How to enjoy the exquisite Kuroge Wagyu Hitsumabushi set meal: Enjoy the delicious flavor of carefully selected Kuroge Wagyu beef in three ways.
1. First, enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth texture of the meat and the concentrated flavor of the secret sauce as is. 2. Next, add your favorite condiments to the meat to further enhance its flavor. 3. Finally, drizzle it lightly with our special tea broth, which is based on a lightly flavored dashi stock and infused with a rich aroma.
