Our anago (conger eel) is from Akashi, Hyogo, and we grill it over charcoal. The wonderful charcoal aroma comes to life in this dish. Our amazing reci read morepe was inherited from "Kissou," a famous restaurant in Shikoku-chuo. We proactively seek out local ingredients from the Seto Inland Sea, home to a diverse collection of seafood, to provide you with our characteristic flavors of the season.
