Saimaki Prawn has the perfect size and sweet taste for tempura. We use live ones. Our skillful chef deep-fries and finishes them with their best condition. You will surely be fascinated with its ultimate taste. This dish is one of the most important in determining the first impression of the tempura restaurant.

[Anago (conger eel)] Finished with just-made dough and skillful techniques of our chef.

We use fresh live conger eel caught offshore of Tsushima, and its specific smell is eliminated by deep-frying with just-made fresh dough. Enjoy its fresh and springy resilient texture. Our chef's skillful techniques also bring out its original savory taste.

[Maruju (sweet potato)] Popular among ladies. Enjoy its sweet taste as a dessert.

It was named [Maruju] after the Satuma clan's family crest. We use thick-sliced sweet potato. When it is deep-fried, the original sweet flavor creates an exquisite combination with fresh just-made dough and becomes a dessert-like sweet potato. Its fluffy texture is popular, especially among ladies.

A special dish that can only be served at a tempura specialty store: "Saimaki Shrimp (Kuruma Shrimp)"

The size and sweetness of the Saimaki shrimp make it the perfect shrimp for tempura. We use live shrimp. Maruju's name comes from the family crest of the Satsuma clan. Tenichi uses thickly sliced sweet potatoes. This fluffy dish is popular among women.
