The carefully selected red miso paste is grilled to a fragrant aroma and blended with a triple broth made from pork bones, chicken bones, and beef bones, and then flavored with sansho (Japanese pepper) and garlic for a punchy taste. The soup's richness is firmly entwined with specially ordered, medium-thin, curly noodles.

Based on a triple broth that boasts an elegant sweetness, this ramen is mildly flavored with white miso and shio-koji (salted rice malt). It has rich flavors but a refreshing aftertaste. Ramen lovers who are unsatisfied with existing miso ramen should try it out! 

It is filled with homemade roasted pork. Customers can choose from red or white miso-based soups. The grated ginger gives the ramen a well-defined accent. It also goes surprisingly well with potato fries!
