Along Tenjin Nishidori Street, Hakata Unagiya Fujiuna is situated on the first floor of the Nishitetsu Grand Hotel. As the second branch of the renowned Hakata eel restaurant Fujiuna, it offers specialty eels loved by many guests and space with 100 seats, including private rooms. High-quality eels are purchased live, filleted in the restaurant, and grilled to perfection to make the skin crispy and the flesh fluffy. The secret aged sauce makes the eel even more flavorful. In addition to the a la carte dishes such as standard Unaju (grilled eel on rice), Seiromushi (steamed eel in a steamer basket), Kabayaki (grilled with sauce), and Shirayaki (grilled without seasoning), the restaurant also offers set meals and courses with eel as the main dish.
