Mr. Gushiken was born in 1983 in Okinawa. He gained experience as the head chef at a renowned yakiniku restaurant in Naha City. He is currently serving as the head chef at Burian. With skills acquired at a popular yakiniku restaurant, he enhances the exceptional appeal of A5-grade Japanese Black Wagyu Filet and Chateaubriand.
