Fresh seafood, prepared with seasonal ingredients, all at reasponable prices

We serve seasonal ingredients simmered in soy sauce. To support the flavors of the raw ingredients, we use high heat to produce a light, fluffy body. Whether it's vegetables, seafood, or meat, our chef is particular about fresh, high quality ingredients. The platter of hors d'oeuvres for the prix fixe banquet uses seasonal ingredients with vibrantly colorful presentation, which lets the chef's eye for fine details shine through. As the owner of a store positioned within Adachi Market, the chef always says, "I'd like to my customers to enjoy a fresh stock of seafood at reasonable prices." The chef plans about one or two events a month where you can enjoy even more of a bargain than usual.
