Enjoy our Yellowtail thick roll within the walls filled with countless beautiful memories

The dish is the restaurant's main menu using fatty yellowtail. By making rice with chopped perilla leaves in it, the rice absorbs the fat and leaves a clean taste in the mouth. The dish also uses pleasantly-scented nori (dried seaweed) from Ariake and is served with aromatic soy sauce. Dishes such as crab cream croquettes and Tamura udon are home-made. The croquettes made with fresh crab meat are rich in taste, while Tamura udon is made without any preservatives. The noodles are so fresh, they don't go bad so easily even without using preservatives. For those who are curious, we provide handouts that explain the history of various Kaga dishes. Please ask us if you have any questions regarding Kaga cuisine. We sometimes even show magic tricks at the end of our explanation! Both Asanogawa river and Ume No Hashi bridge are well-known spots as they've featured in various Japanese films. Inside the restaurant are walls filled with over 800 pictures of artists and other celebrities. We invite our guests to enjoy their time here while talking about the photos.
