A Thai restaurant that transports you to Thailand
Our battered and fried soft-shell crab laced with spicy accentuations of rich flavor. Chili peppers are often used for spiciness in Thai cooking, but Celadon uses black pepper instead. Soft-shell crab, only occasionally seen in Thai cuisine, is ordered directly from Thailand to make this original Thai dish. "Fried Crab Curry" originally used hard-shelled blue crab, for which we substituted soft-shell crab. Thailand is called the country of smiles; ours is a smile that compliments the delicacy of traditional Japanese hospitality, in a delightfully relaxing setting. Our staff wear Chut Thai, traditional Thai clothing, further adding to the enchantment. Our restaurant features assorted tables and chairs in teak wood and bamboo, and the works of Thai painters decorates the walls. A calm, quiet atmosphere, where the staff's warm and caring hospitality lets you relax both mind and body, and can also fuel lively conversations with your friends.
