Meat Cut Fresh from the Whole Cow
Our chef specially selects and provides three recommended rare cuts each day. Your meat is thickly sliced after you order for a generous portion of 250g. Our organic vegetables are delivered from our contracted farmers in Chiba Prefecture. We put special effort into the vegetable menu, and only the Fujisawa shop has a “Seasonal Warm Vegetable Assortment” on the regular menu. While the chef does not have much opportunity to come into the dining area of the restaurant, from the kitchen he instructs the staff to proactively provide customers with what they need, such as moistened hand towels or tea. He tells them to be thorough and, “Notice before the customer asks.” We take pride in not being outdone, even by top class restaurants, with the food and atmosphere we provide in our restaurant. In addition, with such details as four kinds of homemade sauce to bring out the flavor of the meat, we are particular about satisfying our customers with the service that we provide.
