Speaking of Shiga prefecture's local cuisine, you can enjoy the famous “Funa Sushi” and many other specialties that focus on fermented dishes. The view is good because it is near Lake Yogo, and the accommodation facilities are also available, so it would be nice to be able to use it together.

This is a ripe sushi restaurant on the shores of Lake Yogo, north of Lake Biwa, but offers a variety of seasonal foods. When I was working at [El Buji], I was impressed not only with its advanced nature, but also with the style that nature was close to. In terms of balance, it is the shop that made me feel the closest to [El Buji] spirits in Japan.
