Self-study as a hobby led him to become a professional chef. Mr. Michibuchi pursues dishes that only he can make.

He was born in 1982 in Toyama. Driven by his passion for cooking, he learned to cook on his own while working at various establishments in the prefecture. His experiences included stints at an Italian restaurant, a kappo izakaya (Japanese-style pub), and a creative restaurant, all of which helped him refine his skills and develop his culinary sensibility. In 2012, he joined the food and beverage division of a construction company after developing a rapport with the company president at that time. He was actively engaged in the production and management of Italian restaurants. Driven by his desire to "pursue cuisine that only I can provide," he opened Noboruya in November 2020. He is currently in charge of catering services at IWA, a sake brewery in Toyama.
