An especiall read morey recommended item is the "Anagomaki," made with live conger eel. The teppan's temperature and condition also affect the dish's quality, so it is cooked with the utmost care. The "Okonomiyaki"(savory pancakes), which took 10 years to complete, is also a must-try. It is characterized by its fluffy texture achieved by using as little flour as possible and adding plenty of meringue. The interior of the restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere with the warmth of wood. There are counter seats and table seats, and all seats are sunken kotatsu-style so you can spend a relaxing time.
