With over 35 years of experience in sushi and Japanese cuisine, Chef Ogido meticulously selects seasonal ingredients to prepare an authentic Edomae sushi and seasonal omakase course. Aged ingredients that have been matured to enhance their flavor and seared over a charcoal fire can be found in his nigiri sushi, providing a delicious and happy experience that expands your view of the world of sushi. The seasonal dishes are served with perfect balance, and the selection of sake to go with the dishes is also excellent. The six seats at the counter, with the beautiful hinoki cypress texture, are exceptionally comfortable and suitable for a wide range of occasions such as solo, date, and business entertainment, and can be rented out for 4 to 6 people.
