Sushi Ogido

The course menu is prepared with seasonal ingredients, including the freshest seafood and natural bluefin tuna. It features aged sushi ingredients and charcoal-grilled aburi sushi, allowing diners to savor traditional sushi flavors' depth fully. With seasonal dishes, enjoying sushi & Japanese cuisine to the fullest is possible. The photo shows an example of the sushi served.

The nigiri of the course includes items that have been carefully aged. The toro (fatty tuna) nigiri, made from the season's best wild tuna and aged for one to two weeks depending on the ingredients, is a masterpiece with its rich flavor, moist and elegant texture, and the perfect combination with the rice.

The anago (conger eel) sushi is another standout. The best quality conger eel is simmered fluffy, then shaped into nigiri with chic gestures, coated with proud sauce. The fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth taste and texture are further enhanced by the deep, delicious sauce, which, together with the rice, dissolves in the mouth!
