Since July 2006, he has worked at the buffet restaurant "La Veranda" in APA Hotel & Resort Tokyo Bay Makuhari. Currently serving as the sous-chef, he utilizes the skills he has cultivated to offer many visitors a dining experience with a live atmosphere.
